Worship & Housegroups
WORSHIP & HOUSEGROUPS
Housegroups
Housegroups meet in different people's homes and provide an excellent way of getting to know others, combining refreshments and chat with discussion and prayer.
We currently have two groups meeting regularly:
Wednesday Evening Housegroup
This group usually meets fortnightly on Wednesdays but with some flexibility around people's commitments.
New members are always welcome and should contact Jeannie on 01943 514670 in the first instance.
Thursday Morning Housegroup
The Thursday morning group meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, from 10.15am to 12 noon.
We start with drinks and a chat and then have a period of study and discussion, followed by prayers. Some of the members lead it, in turn, each with their own style of informal leadership. We usually base our study on a section of the Bible. By sharing in this way we not only deepen our faith but support each other.
